One step foreward, one big stop
I headed over to the salon/studio today to start on the big room and clean up the medium sized room. I started pretty much as soon as I got there and as I was vacuuming, Melissa came up and said we wouldn't be doing any work today. Of course, I was concerned and very surprised. Apparently, when you enter a business relationship, you also get to "work" with the significant others. Her boyfriend has done a lot of the work up to now and he likes to do things just right. It's very possible that maybe "my" workmanship of hanging the ceiling tiles wouldn't be up to snuff with his work. So he impressed upon Melissa to stop work.
That really sucked. Talk about a blind side play.
So, I am at Panera read right now, waiting for my print jobs to finish at Staples. I am also getting my business cards into draft mode. Since the logo is done, all I have to do is put it on the card and the contact info then it should be done. I'll put it up here when that happens.
